Refund policy

Your satisfaction is our goal! If you are not happy with your product(s), please let us know by email at support@mundaybodycare.com. We will work to give you a positive experience.
Slight variations in colour, shape or weight of the products are impossible to avoid during production due to the handmade nature of these products. The pictures provided are a close indicator of what you will be receiving, but please allow for variations.
RETURNS (exceptions may apply **)
If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it to us for a refund or exchange, provided you inform us within 10 days of the delivery of the items as confirmed by the shipment tracking. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Refunds will be given on the product price only. If more than 10 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered to you, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Please ensure that all returns are packaged properly to prevent damage during transit.
REFUNDS
Your refund will be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow for processing time before a refund is posted on your credit card or your bank statement.
GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a credit in the form of a gift certificate for the value of your returned item (not including the shipping cost). Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
REPLACEMENT
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged when you received them. Please let us know upon receipt of the item(s) by sending us an email at support@mundaybodycare.com along with a picture of the item clearly showing the damage.
LATE REFUNDS
We are only able to start the refund process when we have received the returned item(s). Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your return to reach us may vary.
Please wait a few business days for your refund to be processed. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted on your credit card or your bank statement.
If you have not received your refund within a reasonable time period, please contact us at support@mundaybodycare.com and we will be happy to assist you.
SHIPPING FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Before returning your product, please email us at support@mundaybodycare.com stating clearly your reasons.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your product. All shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please consider using a trackable shipping service for your return shipment as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to be delivered to you may vary.
**MUNDAY STARTER KIT
As this is a trial/sampler kit with a limited time offer, this item is a final sale item. You will not be able to return this item for a refund.
Munday Body Care is not responsible for any individual reaction to any particular ingredient in any of the products. Each product description on our website includes a complete list of ingredients.
People with sensitivities to any listed ingredient should not use the product. As a precaution, always try an allergy patch test if you are using the product for the first time. If at any time irritation occurs, discontinue use of the product.
Allergy patch test
A suggested testing area could be the part of the inner arm close to the elbow. Clean and dry the area before applying a small amount of the product and leave on for at least 12 hours. If irritation occurs, wash the area immediately. If there is no reaction after the test, the product is probably safe for you.
