Shipping policy

Shipping to the US is on hold until more information on the tariffs on Canadian goods becomes available. Orders to US addresses will not be able to complete checkout.

Your order will be shipped within 3 business days of order from Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

We ship only to Canada and the contiguous United States.

Free shipping for orders over $90 CAD applies only to the Provinces of British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Ontario, Quebec, Newfoundland, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island (excluding Nunavut, Northern Territories and Yukon), and to the contiguous US.

If your cart includes free shipping items and non-free shipping items, shipping costs will be applied to only the non-free shipping items.

Please ensure the “Free Shipping” option is selected at checkout if applicable to orders above $90 CAD. Free Shipping is based on Standard Shipping in Canada and the US (Does not apply to express options).

For urgent shipments, we may provide expedited shipment options as a choice for customers when available. We do not add any handling fees. Please note free shipping does not apply if expedited shipment options are selected at checkout, and we will not be able to provide a refund if an unwanted shipping method is chosen. Please ensure the "Free Shipping" option is selected if entitled.
