Place your shower steamer on the shower floor. Allow a small steady stream of warm water from the shower to hit the shower fizzie. Before you step into the shower, take a moment to be present. Then let the sprays of warm water and steam work on the shower steamer to release its aroma. Breathe deeply.
In our testing, each one lasts 10-15 minutes. A stronger stream of water hitting the shower melt will release a more intense aroma over a shorter period of time. To benefit from its full effect, use each shower steamer for an entire shower.
